A Letter to the Veterans

Dear Veterans,

On a day like Memorial its almost impossible not to think of you. Thoughts of sacrifice, fear, and pride run through my mind. I want to thank you for what you have done for me and my country. You changed everything. In this war the bravless became brave. The brave led the ones with the least courage. No matter who you were, men or women put their life on the line to protect the American people. You risked everything you had wheter you agreed with the fight or not. It was the fight that made you stronger. Although you faced hardships and watched your friends pass everyone one of you stayed strong, even if you lost something. A friend, a leg, a husband, a life.
This shows your pride for this country and it is something that no one can ignore. You bring a good name to the American Soilder. A fighter for those who cannot fight themselves. You will always be honored.

Thank You
